Disposable Materials:
Disposable gloves, we use a fresh, new pair of gloves for every patient that is disposed off immediately after the treatment is completed. All gloves are torn as well so there is no question of whether any of them were ever used before. This is all done in front of every patient.
Disposable masks, suction tips, disposable glasses, and drapes, syringes and needles. All local anesthetic is given from sealed syringes that are opened in front of you and disposed off immediately after treatment; needles are cut in needle cutters before disposal.
We also use bottled water for rinsing your mouth with mouthwash containing Chlorhexidine-glauconate, which has bactericidal effect. This helps in reducing the bacterial count, before the Treatment. And the use of Betadine mouth wash which has a germicidal effect during minor or major surgical procedures.
